£11.78 - £13.75 per hour

Kinnerton confectionery are looking for dedicated Production Operatives to join our team at our chocolate factory in Fakenham. In this role, you'll be hands-on in the production process, ensuring our delicious products are made on time with the highest quality. 

Responsibilities

As a Production Operative at Kinnerton, you will work on the production lines completing various operational tasks both within the processing and packing areas in the factory. You'll be trained from scratch and gain new qualifications such as Food Safety training and Allergen Awareness. 

 

4 on 4 off days: covers 7 days a week. 4 days on and 4 days off. 1 hour break in total. 6am-6pm.

  • Grade 1 £11.78 per hour
  • Grade 2 £12.14 per hour
  • Grade 3 £12.50 per hour

4 on 4 off nights: covers 7 days a week. 4 days on and 4 days off. 1 hour break in total. 6pm -6am.

  • Grade 1 £12.96 per hour
  • Grade 2 £13.35 per hour
  • Grade 3 £13.75 per hour 

Qualifications

  • A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and hygiene.
  • Previous experience in a production environment is a plus, but not required.
